1. Local Delivery in Hong Kong: As a company headquartered in Hong Kong, we provide delivery services throughout the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, covering Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Peninsula, the New Territories, and all outlying islands (including but not limited to Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, etc.).

2. Mainland China Delivery: We support delivery to most cities and regions in Mainland China, including provincial capitals, prefecture-level cities, and some county-level cities. For remote areas (such as some remote counties in Xinjiang, Tibet, Qinghai, etc.), the feasibility of delivery needs to be additionally confirmed. Please refer to the order confirmation page for details.

3. International and Other Regions Delivery: We can deliver to Macau, China, Taiwan, China, and many countries around the world, mainly including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, etc. The international delivery range will be dynamically adjusted according to logistics cooperation. You can consult customer service to confirm before placing an order.

1. Local Delivery in Hong Kong:

• After the order is confirmed and paid successfully, orders placed before 12:00 on the same day can be arranged for same-day delivery (except for remote outlying islands);

• Orders placed after 12:00 will be delivered the next day;

• For orders to outlying islands, they are usually delivered within 1-2 working days after placing the order.

2. Mainland China Delivery:

• After the order is confirmed and paid successfully, goods will be prepared and shipped within 1-2 working days;

• After shipment, delivery time for different regions:

• Pearl River Delta region (such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, etc.), usually 2-3 working days;

• Other major coastal and central cities, usually 3-5 working days;

• Remote areas, usually 5-7 working days, and some areas may be extended to 10 working days.

3. International and Other Regions Delivery:

• After the order is confirmed and paid successfully, the goods preparation and customs clearance process takes 3-5 working days;

• Delivery time after shipment:

• Macau, China, usually 2-3 working days;

• Taiwan, China, usually 3-5 working days;

• Neighboring Asian countries (such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore), usually 5-7 working days;

• Major European and American countries, usually 7-15 working days;

• Other regions, 15-20 working days or longer, depending on the actual logistics transportation situation.

• Orders with an amount of HK$300 or more, free delivery;

• Orders with an amount of less than HK\(300, a basic delivery fee of HK\)20 is charged;

• For orders to outlying islands with an amount of HK\(500 or more, free delivery; for orders with an amount of less than HK\)500, a delivery fee of HK$30 is charged.

2. Mainland China Delivery:

• Orders with an amount of ¥399 or more, free delivery;

• Orders with an amount of less than ¥399, a basic delivery fee of ¥20 is charged;

• For orders to remote areas with an amount of ¥599 or more, free delivery; for orders with an amount of less than ¥599, a delivery fee of ¥30 is charged.

3. International and Other Regions Delivery:

• Macau, China: Orders with an amount of MOP\(400 or more, free delivery; orders with an amount of less than MOP\)400, a delivery fee of MOP$25 is charged;

• Taiwan, China and other countries: Fees are calculated based on the destination, package weight and volume. The specific amount will be displayed on the order checkout page, and you can also consult customer service for an estimate.

1. Local Delivery in Hong Kong: Cooperate with well-known local logistics and courier companies in Hong Kong, such as SF Express (Hong Kong), Hongkong Post, LWE, etc., to provide door-to-door delivery services.

2. Mainland China Delivery: Mainly through cross-border logistics channels such as SF Express and JD Logistics to ensure efficient customs clearance and delivery of goods.

3. International and Other Regions Delivery: International delivery cooperates with logistics companies including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Hongkong Post International Courier, and selects the optimal transportation plan according to the destination.

1. When placing an order, please accurately fill in the delivery address (including detailed street, building name, unit number, etc. in Hong Kong), contact person and valid contact phone number. Incorrect information may cause delivery delays or returns, and the additional costs incurred shall be borne by you.

2. Tea and tea sets are fragile and perishable items. Local delivery in Hong Kong uses shockproof packaging, and cross-border delivery will use professional buffer materials and reinforced packaging. Please check the status of the goods on the spot when signing for receipt. If there are problems such as damage or leakage, you need to refuse receipt immediately and contact customer service for processing.

3. For some teas that require special storage (such as refrigerated teas), insulated boxes will be used for local delivery in Hong Kong, and cold chain logistics solutions will be adopted for cross-border delivery to ensure the quality of the goods.
